Its still surprise me, how lots of people are not aware about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), although many people get good results with it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Kinovelax Diet Plan, I have lost lots of weight with it without starving myself.
This still surprises me, just how some people don't know about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), despite the fact that a lot of people get good result with it. Thanks to my cousin who told me about Kinovelax Diet Plan, I've lost tons of weight by using it without starving myself.
Hello there! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a google search), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard many unbelivable things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
@schnel127 Well not every one who works out has to have big muscles. Such as runners who is recommended not to have such heavy muscles. Bikers are another type, and even Martial Artist, with exception to some styles.
@schnel127 well im 20 years old and this pain started off when i started lifting 25kgs with my forearms. Was a muscle pain.... and woah, gym at 14 years !!? nothing to boast about dude !! know what, this is an age when your bones are developing. You gotta go easy on the weights like REAL easy. You might end up with bent or slightly deformed bones, which might affect ur height too. im a medical student, so thought should let you know. dude wait until you're like 18 or something.
i've got this weird strong pain in my forearm... in the muscle going along the smallest finger down towards the elbow.... and now i cant life weights that efficiently ! please help !
Hi, i'm 5'8 about 145 I was just wondering if anyone know a video that can show me a routine that can help me gain strength, i notice alot of guys around my height and weight feel stronger than me and they don't even workout, i can feel there power when we play a sport, i been working out for about 15 weeks almost every weekday except weekends all i got is dumbells, my arms are getting bigger but i don't feel stronger, i'm on a regular diet as i always ate, and taking no supplements help please
FAIL VIDEO: "Bring a hammer...put it in your gym bag...cuz...you never know when it might come in handy" lmfao...but some of this stuff is pretty good...u shooda sed something about dumbbell use at the least =P
Sorry everyone but someone like me can benefit from the hammer. I can't afford fancy weights or gym memberships, so i need to improvise with household items and this is great!
bring a hammer in a gym? i can just imagine what ur gonna say to the judge when ur nicked. "sorry your honour, i was told by expert village this will improve my forearm.."
The hammer is like a leverage bar that Bruce Lee use to use. Instead of a hammer, take a dumbell with a plate only on one end. Its the same as the hammer but heavier and more effective.

Hammer? Why not just use a dumbell rod with a weight if necessary? You know! A gym piece of equipment?!! lol
Mikez4 2 years ago
hammer is weighted on one side making you have to slowly turn it or else no resistance.
i.e. forces you to work it slowly.
JCeiver612 2 years ago
yeah u can use a hammer at home but carry to gym. Everyone will think u're crazy.

This is lame... The plates aren't bad, but the hammer is just retarded.
