I don't have a problem with the fact that Blizzard took things from other games and made them better, I do have a problem with the fact that warhammer took things from wow and botched them to hell.
I personally think WAR is far better than WoW. Calling it a WoW clone is a bit silly, as more of its ideas are from DAoC, another Mythic game, not necessarily WoW.
Also, most features Blizzard introduced with WotLK were crap lightweight versions of things like the ToK, siege weapons, and living guild systems from Warhammer Online.

but i must add i dont like the idea that u can buy better armor. raiding makes the game last longer and less boring. Guild Wars died to me rather quickly cuz i bought the best armor even the modded ones. also only can lvl to 40, so wat can u do after u hit 40 since u buy ur armor?
Buying your armor makes it so you can play solo if that is your play style. Besides the best armor comes from RvR Raids. 'also only can lvl to 40' to me is a good thing, I hated WoW and leveling 1-80 is boring and a waste of time.

ive played both wow and warhammer... and WAR is by far better than WoW for many reasons. first of all WoW is too "disney" its made for kids. WAR is nothing like WoW for graphics. There are more interactive features in WAR.. you can enter RvR at lvl 1. WAR has much potential.. the only thing is that WoW has been out for a while and already fixed their bugs (well most of them).... overall.... WoW was very repetitive and this game isnt as much. Not anything negative, I just enjoy WAR a lot better. WAR has a much more advanced PvP system and much more you can do where WoW has you repeating much of the same BGs and such. It really depends on the player, though I felt WoW got a bit dry after a while. I got two 70s, so I probably just became jaded

i stopped playing WoW when i hit level 53, it was getting boring and took so much of my time.
but i've recently started playing frozen throne with a death knight and found it to be a real shot of life. The first starter quests make you feel part of the whole much like warhammer, i wouldn't say it is lack lustre at all. But then different people different experiences i guess, i know that i found WoW very boring in parts.
The only difference is that warhammer has been around a lot longer than warcraft. Just its only recently been expanding into electronic games.
Think about it though, there's not really any truely origional games any more, they are all copied off something, with different abilites, and other options which are different, such as the settings, time period, characters etc. Only one of the few games that i can think of being unique is the Total war series, RTS with full strategy style game.

I no how war hammer came first, but in game play, it probably wasnt like this before. Take that into consideration, this looks like a giant copy as in gameplay.

No, warhammer is a failure. They focused way too much on graphics. The gameplay and content are pretty terrible.

Yes you have to pay each month to keep playing the game. You get 1 free month of ply time, when you buy the game. After that its about 10-15 US dollars a month I think.

There are no real consequences except for a mild penalty that can easily be removed by a npc for a slim to none sum of money.

Fact is most people are getting bored of War after 2 weeks the same for me I only got it two weeks ago and I have a lvl 30 ironbreaker, tried afew other classes but the game is just boring I already feel like I've seen everything in the game and i'm not impressed.

I just don't know how can it bore you.If u are playing WOW then i just cant understand u.If u dont then ok.Because WOW has MUCH more damn farming and grind so it really sucks in that field.I meen..the reason u need to play wow long is not because it has many new things to do but because u need to kill like 100 creeps for 20 items.I know i played wow and now i play this.Wow has better pvp in terms of 1on1 and 3vs3 ect. but WAR has all else.Wow was FTW before BC and now i dont wana get started

the cost for 1 month of warcraft buys you 2 months of warhammer in my region,so warhammer is cheaper,so monthly for warhammer it's half of wow's monthly pays.

You know that Warhammer was created almost 10 years before WoW right.. and that WoW borrowed half its law from Warhammer, which borrowed a lot of its from J.R.R. Tolkien...?
Age Of Reckoning is new but not Warhammer, so don't make damn stupid comments about how Warhammer is a ripoff of WoW..

WoW has been sued for using the names gyrocopter and steam tank, so, ya, they renamed them to steam engine and flying machine (In warcraft 3, steam engine and flying machine are in frozen throne, gyro and steam tank in reign of chaos)

You sound like one of those WAR has been out longer than WoW preachers so I'm going to make this really clear for you. NEITHER OF THEM CAME UP WITH THE SHIT THEY ARE USING.
Lore involving orcs, goblins, fairies, elves has been around for tens of thousands of year in human history. WoW didn't "copy" WAR, it took the same ideas that WAR STOLE and made them better.
Gogo World of Warcraft and the brilliant Blizzard team who I may add, has probably never failed to make an entertaining game.
