You know all is great, these guys came and did awesome job. However, what about locals? There are things they could have done without outsiders, like building the wall.Looks like those lazy asses didnt care about much to their own school, btw, dont sell me they couldnt do this work bullshit.
@cemmas Lazy? Obviously you haven't either been to Nepal whose people work in a harder environment than you'll ever imagine. When I was last there there were both male & female porters manually carrying steel pipes up the trail so they could build a Hydro project. These simple wooden packs carried 5 pipes at a time and weighed in at 150Kg for men & a mere 130Kg for the women. I was a fit 24 yrs old and couldn't move one.
The Nepalese are a wonderful people. Go, and you'll find out.
this is so inspiring.. i have decided to go back home and help my community. i think we all staying abroad should go back home and better our corner. i truly love nepal and nepalese. material happiness is all we get if we are seeking for better life of ourselves.. the inner happiness that comes through helping and making difference somehow is the long last happiness.. bless nepal and nepali...alwayz proud being nepali and cant wait till i m done with my study so that i could fly back home.
really great. So impressive. Thank you so much to you all people from Australia and New Zealand to such impressive work for remote village's school in Nepal. We all Nepali should learn from you people and your contribution.
Wow, I am truly grateful to that dedicated n hardworking team, they have inspired me to do something and maybe more for Nepal. This is one of the things that teaches us a lot about people who really need help for education, for proper roof to live under, for clothes to cover their body and food to erase their hunger.
People with good heart and humble aim with 'nerve give up' attitude can accomplish that no one can, they can help to eradicate illiteracy and poverty.
err... my first comment was the the guy who said he doesnt wanna do something for new zealand or australia but hes doing something for the US. And I forgot to mention that you did one hell of a great job and much respect ^^
pnt100- helping the US...liek how...boozing all night and day long??....and indirectly pushing their economy...can't you see who needs help FIRST and foremost...look around you..perhaps its not the supower of the world that where you fulasdjl are in...its in your own country dude (if Nepal is where you truly belong).
People helping people;what a wonderful concept. The work these people did will live on in the hearts of the villagers for generations. Great job, people. I admire you.
You guys are awesome. Thanks for what you did in my country. I wish we could do same to Ausies, and Newzealand. But, i am trying to do something for USA though!
