They are selling the Chakra Cleansing CD on their website, which is probably why they left out the throat and third eye chakras. I do like the ones that are posted on YouTube, and the ten dollar price is reasonable. Personally, I won't bother to use the mediations on YouTube, with only 5 of 7 chakras posted here, (but I would order it if I hadn't lost my job.)

not made up. If you look to the bending it is similair

to our punches kicks trows and blocks.

If you look at water bending, you see it uses the same

technique (swift and smooth) as any of our round kicks.

And if you put your leg with force on the ground behind you

at the moment you use your hand to block you feel the block

will become more solid and stronger. (kind of earth bending)

I once hurted my sparring parter becouse I BLOCKED.

bichukrishnan0033 is right. Go in order, from root to crown. All the chakras work together, and they are supposed to be opened in order. Each of the chakras properties and charecteristics help the next chakra that follows to function properly. When they are all opened and working as a whole, it is a very wonderful thing.
