People you are eating POISON! Google MONSANTO! The same chemical company that created Agent Orange, is genetically modifying your food! Wake the fuck up! We are all going to get cancer etc. Watch the documentary the world according to monsanto. WAKE THE FUCK UP NOW PEOPLE! Knowledge is POWER!
I KNOW WHAT YUH MEAN AND IT IS ANNOYING TO HAVE IT...IT GETS TO THE POINT OF EMBARRASMENT....BOREDOM,TIREDNESS.THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO....I HATE CONTACT DERMATITIS....I DONT SMOKE,I JUST HAVE NO TIME TO SIT AND EAT ...I RUSH FOODS...I CANT SAY I EAT MEAT...I COUGHT IT BY A FACE CREAM...FROM ONLINE.I WASH WITH DOVE OR CARESS AND APPLY 1%,IT IS STILL THERE...
The one company which products work for me is a Canadian company named Spectro. They have really great cleaning gel and moisturizers and they also offer a medicated cream which no longer requires a doctor's prescription. It's kept behind the counter, so you have to ask for it, but it works Great! Also, anything that dries the skin, is not a friend, of someone with eczema.
Thank you so much for making your video. I can relate to your story really well. A few years ago, I didn't take good care of my health and later developed eczema, whether that is related or not. Anyway, I also gave up certain things that were unhealthy for me and I am so glad I did. I have better health today, but I still have to take good care of my skin to prevent eczema flareups. Just wanted to say thanks and your video encouraged me.
@travisty911 Do you know anything about Monsanto? The same chemical company that created Agent Orange, is genetically modifying your food. It has been proven that it will all give us cancer etc. over the course of 10 -20 years, but somehow they are in bed with the white house etc. and are paying lobbyists so everything is smooth sailing for them... Google the World According To Monsanto (they intended on controlling 100% of the world food supply) PEOPLE NEED TO WAKE UP NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE
I've been eating healthy since Christmas 2010, my eczema is still giving me grief, about a week ago I changed to a Gluten Free diet (because I'm allergic to wheat and rye), it seemed like it was starting to fade... Last night I had chocolate and peanuts and it started getting irritated again, I'm not sure yet what is causing it, it's only on my hands and I'm always trying different soaps and hand creams. Anyone who's fixed their eczema on their hands without drugs I'd love to hear from you! :)
Really appreciate this video and its helped me a lot with my own eczema. Just eating right and being healthy has almost completely gotten rid of it for me. Thanks!!!!!!!!
Wow thank you so very much, I have horrible eczema and it's a constant raging itch, any kind of moisturizer makes it worse, I totally agree with you that health is very important, you have inspired me to make a change!!! Thank you so much!! :)
So do yo think keeping a balance diet and taking in your meds, vitamins or whatever will help u in the long term?? Like everythin else in order to get rid of something, u can piss, poop, or sweat stuff out? i'm curious.
@Jsif28 Kinda have changed my tune since then. A little anyway. Don't do a whooole lot in the form of vitamins and minerals. Don't eat Wheat, Rye, or Barley anymore or any kind of Meat. I also juice fresh vegetables and fruits 5 to 6 times a day. My Eczema is complely gone. Mine was diagnosed as contact dermatitis, but after much trial and error and quiting a job that didn't help. Finally settled in on Eczema when nothing i was doing was working at all :( I am so grateful to be rid of it
@travisty911 Hey if you don't eat wheat, rye or barley, do you eat any kind of bread at all? You also said you don't eat any kind of meat - does that mean you're vegan? Do you eat any dairy or fish? Thanks in advance for the answer - I agree with your opinion on many points.

That makes so much sense. I've been suffering from chronic eczema for the past 11yrs. Ive had good days and my share of really bad days. I honest do believe that diet has a lot to do with it. I find that when I'm not eating well or under a lot of stress my flare ups are severe. At the moment I'm stable, I've resorted to a diet free from sugar, yeast, gluten, processed foods, excess tea and coffee. Excercise and drinking heaps of water helps too I just need to stick to it the pain aint worth it.
@tj32512 for sure. It's interesting how a disease like this almost makes you stick to a diet that helps in all kinds of other ways as well. Maybe a blessing in disquise... probably not hehe. But I know it's the same for me. I am a beer lover, but it just takes one night and it destroyes me the next day. I have such a sensativity now that I can be completely healed and feel a breakout coming before the skin changes. I took down my site, but need to repost my before and after pictures..
spot on. not all excemas are diet related, but ive worked out over the years that my hands and legs blister up after a period of abusing my health, or even letting myself get dehydrated out of laziness. it gets so chronic for 4 months, then fine again for years. steriods just suppresses the body doing its job of releasing toxins. better out than in for sure, you dont want it attacking internal organs. and the doc says what washing powder do you use... ha ha ha
@beniaral I am with you. Over the years I have learned for me, that certain foods and not taking care of myself =breakout. I am so happy that I did this research and found all this out, I would still be an absolute mess. Washing powder.. hahaha nice...... I had doctors give up. "I don't know what it is?".. and I am thinking... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? you can't give up... your the doctor. But, massive knowledge in a narrow scope is no better than no knowledge at all :) thanks for the comment
Just trying to help the people that it does help. For the rest of ya, keep taking those steroids; cause the four dermatologists that I saw damn sure didn't help me. But don't underestimate the power of a healthy diet. May not help your eczema, but may stave off a heart attack or cancer in the future :-))
unfortunately ridiculously strict diets dont work for all of us eczematics. as one myself i was tested negative for food allergies & a bogus no-sugar diet made my eczema MUCH worse....it spread immensely
I enjoyed your video. I recently discovered that i have eczema e atopic dermatite. I don't eat well ... I stress a lot,,, I also drink beer.... I love coca cola...And all this bad things. I can´t write more because I'm not good in English. I'm Portuguese. I only wanna say that its not easy for me to eat healty.
