Oh dear... this is a prime example of why bands should think twice before re-recording a song ~ the original 2002 b-side version sounded much better, as it's energy suited the lyrics :(
@SilverWolfMoon : Oh, I don't know.. I think the newer 'Unplugged' version suits it quite well, especially with the 'dance' upbeat band version following.. Both are equally good!
@gelfling6 I love the following 'Song and Dance (part II)' track, but I think the vocals on this re-recording don't sit as well as those on the original...

This entire album is exactly why I love Blackmore's Night. Gorgeous song and tunes that are calm yet cheerful.
