No it doesn't. Just because it has a few wobbles in its bassline doesn't mean it sounds like dubstep, there's more styles than just dubstep that use the wobbles and DnB is one of them. Hence the Drumstep genre being formed as a fusion between DnB and Dubstep. This is verging towards Drumstep, not dubstep.

Real drum and bass has soul and heart to it.. But this new stuff just has face value beats with pendelum squeals in them.. Ive been listening to drum and bass for over 10 years and have loved it with my heart and soul so dont you tell me i dont know how to appreciated coz i can personally fucking gurantee you i can.
