But, the one issue I'll raise is that you seem to be applying a certain affect to your voice that takes away from the song: the sleepy-growl comes across as attention-seeking rather than true emotion. It's as if you're trying to convince people of your emotional attachment rather than just showing them. You have the tools to be a great singer, but you're relying on the current tone of whimsy that doesn't translate. Besides that, your technique is great. Good luck.
