It's not often you see a three-character floor indicator. And the "S" was probably programmed as a "5" because the "S" character looks a little weird.

It's not that uncommon for elevators to have arrows. Most of the elevators I have seen in Melbourne, Australia have arrows. I think I have only seen one elevator that beeped like this one :P
