@UniqueStyleKrew1 With stock gearing, and the stock batteries yes. It comes with different gears that will put you around 40-45mph im guessing.You need two 3s LiPos to go 65+mph.

on 4s these trucks are a blast and keep ticking. 6s and its throwing wheelies at speeds where the 4s was maxed out. that said, if you beat on it the drive train will break. but BOY is it fun on 6s....i just ordered some batteries and hoping 5s is a nice compromise!! thinking 5000mah 20c 5S may be good.

@MrOswaldo15 why better? the emaxx BE is just the old one with a brushless setup, you will break things that with the brushed one dont. more torque? both have the MMM

Just try 2x 3S -30C thats nice but you need real space.... its going real fast, I try that on the beach. I have the E-maxx Mamba Monster. Just try itt but take care..

i can't believe how quick those things are compared to there Nitro brothers. And this might sound weird, but I wish you had just left the audio alone. i love the whine those things make, especially while accelerating hard... But you put that song instead.

I went and picked up 2 venom 3s lipos, 20c discharge, been runing that for the last month or two, its amazing..but now I snap the driveshaft and axles all the time from the torque..well worth it tho, upgrading those to aluminum soon.

@migselv16896 Yeah very nice RC. My biggest problem is smashing suspension arms or servo where I ride, keep hitting rocks. So I keep swapping parts but maybe it's time to spend some and buy this I'm thinking.

Don't but aluminum, Especially INTEGY. Buy a stock replacement slid plate. And get a RPM skid plate protector. They are not expensive and really work. I have never broke a skid plate after that. Plus they are guaranteed not to brake.

@sirtechy i think the Traxxas E-maxx Brushless Edition... but thats just my opinion.. ita an amazing truck, and you wont be dissapointed! and then you need some LIPO batteries, then its CRAZY ;)

@sirtechy the savage flux is a lot more durable but the e-maxx can handle ext ream high speeds better because of its low CG. So its up to you stupid fast or lots of flipping over

great bashing. I just bought the same exact truck 2 weeks ago and love it. I'm running stock everything and have only done 1 wheelie, how are you doing yours on command ilke that with stock batteries? did you tighten the slipper clutch different from the stock setting?

@jchymes The burst power of lipo batteries is rediculous compared to the traxxas stock nimh batts. Go find some affordable 3S lipos , like maybe on hobbyking website, and you will see what these trucks were designed to do...you are unfortunately putting regular in a maching that can handle and performs best with race fuel !

nice emaxx. I converted my 3905 to brushless with the mmm2200. At first I used 16.8 nimh but recently got 3s lipo.....its insane. I think 2s is perfect for bashing. I have a couple of vids with 16.8 nimh, Im going to post some with 3s soon. Keep making vids bud.

Cool video...get some LiPo's for that thing and you will be amazed how much more power it has. I use racers edge 7.4v 40c 5000maH lipo's. Unbelievable power.
