I have never seen a move like this in Thai boxing.

It looks very unrealistic,but overall I still love Thai boxing,Savate,boxing and kick boxing.

Great fighters could use this technique,you can jump and apply a Downward Elbow

It works but you have to do it fast and you must know what you're doing. This is one of the deadliest moves in Muay Thai. This shit will knock your opponent out... period.

I have heard a lot of arguments about Muay Boran been made up and invented by the Thai government. However it is not. Muay Boran dates back to battle time. It encapsulates all the styles of Muay Thai including Muay Plum, Krabi Kabong, etc. I hope that clarifies a few things. If you have any questions just let me know and I will try my best to give you an unbias answer

Also depending on the province will reflect in the Muay Thai you will see, as each province will specialise in certain techniques. Don't get me wrong they will have the overall techniques. However they will be certain techniques that they will be ronown for in that province.

Actually Muay Chaiya is Muay Boran. Chaiya is just the province it is from. There is a lot misconception about Muay Boran. Muay Boran is translated in English as the traditional style of Muay Thai. Boran means old, therefore Muay Chaiya translates as Thai Boxing from Chaiya.

ok, u guys, muay boran is made up. its just somthin he made for the movie. however as u said, muay chaiya is the older form of it ( one i'd like to learn) however there is still not an extreme difference
