i think the "green girl" they're talking about isn't Saionji, its the girl with the light green hair. i forget her name, but i do know that she never appears in the series, or the movie. she's a character made only for the game, like the girl with the purple braids {the character you play when you're playing the game}.

The name of the song is "Ohtori Gakuen Kouka" or "Ohtori Academy School Song." Schools in Japan usually have a school song (I believe some American private schools as well), and so does Ohtori Academy.
