Alot of the songs you say are other people's were written for them by other people. They were given these songs by their record labels, managers, producers, etc... Charice hasnt had a real producer or contract, instead she was stuck with a Philippine version of a contract which favors this kind of copying. She is working on original stuff now with David Foster, the guy who gave the "legends" their songs.
