Well when say animation i mean like adding tools to add bones, and stuff like that. Skeletal animation, then physics ill do after so i can apply the ragdoll physics to the bones. Otherwise theres no moving parts the physics can work off.
Nope, its all opengl, I prefer opengl because its multiplatform. However directx allows you to develop faster in my experaince, but i like my opengl. You wanna know how, just search google for, C++ OpenGL Tutorials, or OpenGL NEHE (<- Excellent OpenGL Tutorial site).
I have found that the NEHE Tutorials are out dated and don't compile well on newer compilers, mainly with MSVC++ 2008. And sorry IMattNovakI i hit spam instead of reply. :S
No animation or physics yet, Right now im going through the process of cleaning up and optimizing the code then im gonna add on motion blur, realtime shadows, then animation. And then physics.
holy cow that is nice bro

I have no idea how you did it... but it looks fun
Good work

ehat did you use to make this? Looks very impressive! Was it in C++? Are you using DirectX, if so, how?!

impressive:)
remember to modulate your code! Im sure you will but.
tamrix 4 years ago
Yes, thats actually what im currently working on, just make everything modulated and adding in classes to abstract out everything(Data Abstraction).

Nice, does it have animation support or physics yet? I think that would be a nice addition.
