if you want them to stand for a week you should use Gelatin powder that you boil with water! the only bad thing with it is that it takes like 20 minutes in the shower to get it off but it's tottaly worth it! just some tips with gelatin, when you boiled it it's obviusley really hot so let it cool down for a few minutes (if you wait to long it becomes all jellyish). And then it's just to apply it to your hair, but don't be cheap with it! apply as much as you can! it workes great if you do it right

Yeah Got 2 B Glued is the best that I've found. I tie my hair in sections with rubber bands or hair ties. Then I the G2B hair spray. You gotta spray that base of the spike a whole lot. Then rub it and blow dry it. Do all the bases first. Then spray the rest of your hawk with more spray and blow dry it. Then if you want, use the G2B styleing glue on the upper half of the spikes to make them extra solid. And that should hold for several days.

... Got 2 b glued is not expensive... Get a job. And aquanet has about the same hold but it's awfull for your hair and you have to you ion clarifying shampoo once a week when using it. It's also a both to wash out. Just use g2bglued spray

The problem is that your hair gives too much resistance, Got2b is pricey but works, I would just kill my hair. I use sunsilk hold me forever, shits in a silver can costs 2 bucks and you get a good few uses outta it.

I use G2b freeze hold on my mohawk and it holds great when its like 7 inchs and down i let mine grow to this guys size and its falls down an hour after the show starts. Its really good if your just hanging out or walking around but any activity its falls down. I dont think theres anything besisdes bee's wax that would hold up hair like his. I use to use elmers glue but it kills your hair and makes it super flakey.

knox gelatin. microwave a cup water for about 2 or 3 minutes, dump a packet in, use it after lightly teasing the roots. comes out, but takes a while.

I second that. Use knox, very litttle water, heat in microwave till it starts to bubble over, take it out, let it sit for a minute. Mold your hair and let it harden.

got2b works really good, what i do for my mohawk is, i do it at night, i go to sleep, fix it in the morning (about 2 minutes) and it lasts throughout the day, go to sleep, fix in the morning.

Nice Beard! but besides that use Got2Be Freezing spray or Aqua Net it holds like a bitch. For hair that long it'll take a good amount. Be sure to use alot on the base it's the important part. For the tips use Got2Be (or any other styling gell will most likely work) to just make them into points. Blow dry everything every step of the way to get it to hold the best.

i have a mohawk thats about half the length yours is right now and i mainly do liberty spikes or sometimes spikes that look like a buzz saw (similar to liberty spikes but curved back at the top) i can give ya my myspace if you wanna see some pics of that latter style, but all i use is a blow dryer and got 2b glued in the yellow tube and it never fails me. not sure how it'll work on longer hair... i hear its tougher to get to stand up with got 2b at longer lengths.

Seems to be the general consensus that Got 2 Be Glued works the best as far as hair products go. You could also do it the old school way and use either bar soap or Elmer's glue, but that stuff is horrible for your hair.
