You are totally confused. How can your citizenship be based upon who you are? Nobody can "inherently" be a citizen based solely upon who that person is. Sorry, but that's not how it works in the U.S. It works that way in a lot of European countries, but not here. In the U.S. you are a citizen if you are born on U.S. soil regardless of who your parents are. You are ALSO a citizen if you are born somewhere else but at least one of your parents is a citizen.
Native born refers to those who are born on the soil. Natural born includes native born + people like McCain who was not born on US soil but his parents were citizens.

Firstly, Obama's presumed father (his mother was not married when he was conceived, so who knows?) was a subject of the British Empire, so he cannot base his citizenship upon him. Secondly, the mother's citizenship is based upon having been a citizen for five years after her 15th birthday, and she was only 18.

This is seriously dumb. Try this--download the file from the WH website. Convert it to a jpeg using whatever software you want. The reason for converting to jpeg is no more layers. Open the jpeg in illustrator and confirm this--no layers.
NOW, open the no layer jpeg in Acrobat 9. (Acrobat X doesn't work the same) and convert it back to PDF with optimization option on. Save it and open in Illustrator... voila! The layers are back! The layers are nothing more than a product of Acrobat 9.

the size of a file is determined by three things the SIZE of the image area (how many pixels are in the picture, color depth (how much information is in each pixel) and file FORMAT. (how the pixle / color data is going to be organized)
all three of these things can be manipulated to make ultra big or small file sizes to an identical looking image.

He's wrong for two reasons, the simplest is that the HI DOH has confirmed that they sent Obama a PAPER document which conforms to the PDF he's shown. Paper documents don't have layers or any of the other artifacts mentioned, they are not optimized. So unless you think the forgery was done on a magic optimized layered piece of PAPER created by the HI DOH then you are out of luck with this theory.

This is incorrect as a generalized claim. PDF files serialize images with the default encoding, in this case, JPEG, which automatically compresses using a huffman derivative compression. Solid colors will decrease the entropy of the document which will in effect add more weight to that region's node on the huffman tree, effectively decreasing the size of the output.
It was printed by the HI Dept. of Health. They've confirmed that. They gave him a paper document--one layer. The scan is just a PDF scan of the one layer paper document.

While I agree the document is tampered, you have not shown it to be tampered in substance, but rather edited to improve legibility. Start with a flat document, then cut an area that is not very legibile and edit it's pixels to be all black, then when the layers are viewed together the legibility is improved. If the document substance had been tampered as you indicate you could not see the pixel lines in the tampered portion. The pixel lines are all there, but all pixels have been made black.

Also all you need to do is show the document to the originating authority and they will authenticate it or not. Hawaii has already authenticated the White House document as BONA-FIDE (i.e. real). Sorry, but that's not how it works in the U.S. It works that way in a lot of European countries, but not here. In the U.S. you are a citizen if you are born on U.S. soil regardless of who your parents are. You are ALSO a citizen if you are born somewhere else but at least one of your parents is a citizen.
Native born refers to those who are born on the soil. Natural born includes native born + people like McCain who was not born on US soil but his parents were citizens.

@Mystylplx Sorry, but the entire notion of our natural rights came from Europeans too, as was the idea of being "natural born." We based our definition upon that European idea. Firstly, Obama's presumed father (his mother was not married when he was conceived, so who knows?) was a subject of the British Empire, so he cannot base his citizenship upon him. Secondly, the mother's citizenship is based upon having been a citizen for five years after her 15th birthday, and she was only 18.

This is seriously dumb. Try this--download the file from the WH website. Convert it to a jpeg using whatever software you want. The reason for converting to jpeg is no more layers. Open the jpeg in illustrator and confirm this--no layers.
NOW, open the no layer jpeg in Acrobat 9. (Acrobat X doesn't work the same) and convert it back to PDF with optimization option on. Save it and open in Illustrator... voila! The layers are back! The layers are nothing more than a product of Acrobat 9.

the size of a file is determined by three things the SIZE of the image area (how many pixels are in the picture, color depth (how much information is in each pixel) and file FORMAT. (how the pixle / color data is going to be organized)
all three of these things can be manipulated to make ultra big or small file sizes to an identical looking image.

He's wrong for two reasons, the simplest is that the HI DOH has confirmed that they sent Obama a PAPER document which conforms to the PDF he's shown. Paper documents don't have layers or any of the other artifacts mentioned, they are not optimized. So unless you think the forgery was done on a magic optimized layered piece of PAPER created by the HI DOH then you are out of luck with this theory.

This is incorrect as a generalized claim. PDF files serialize images with the default encoding, in this case, JPEG, which automatically compresses using a huffman derivative compression. Solid colors will decrease the entropy of the document which will in effect add more weight to that region's node on the huffman tree, effectively decreasing the size of the output.

THEN they scan it in as a PDF and the loons find layers in the PDF and think this proves it was forged... What is it they think was forged? the PDF or the paper copy it was a scan of?

While I agree the document is tampered, you have not shown it to be tampered in substance, but rather edited to improve legibility. Start with a flat document, then cut an area that is not very legibile and edit it's pixels to be all black, then when the layers are viewed together the legibility is improved. If the document substance had been tampered as you indicate you could not see the pixel lines in the tampered portion. The pixel lines are all there, but all pixels have been made black.

Also, there are even different lettering styles that are thrown together in it. There's also the matter of the Nordyke twins, who were born three days after Obama's supposed birthdate, but his registration number is HIGHER than the Nordyke's. When you put all of it together, it spells F-A-K-E.

That was defined many centuries ago. Its 365 days (give or take leap year). And FYI the term NATURAL born has no relation to your simple-minded interpretation i.e. Nature. It has something to do with your parent's national affiliation. Obama Sr. was not a naturalized US citizen. Mrs. Obama was a citizen.

@Spookysr Just because the Constitution does not define "natural-born citizen" doesn't mean that it is not defined. The Constitution does not define any of what it says in the Bill of Rights either. That's why we have justices to look into English common law and other sources to properly interpret it. There are endless accounts in the laws of the time that define what "natural-born" means. Your "argument" is becoming silly, tiresome, and frankly mindless. Partisan-infliction is a sad thing..

@Mystylplx Try tracing your hero Obama from the time he supposedly attended Occidental college ( though was kicked out) until the time he got into Harvard on a legacy admisssion due to his father. A legacy admission does not mean a free education, so who paid for his tuition at Harvard. There is less known about this fraud than any other President. No, it is not chain emails! Trump spent a ton investigating this fraud until he finally coughed up a phony one. His time is over in 2012!

Point being, you can't base the definition of something upon what someone's personal interpretation of a term is. Natural Born Citizen has a basis in one's origins based upon his parent's own origins, and Obama simply does not measure up to that definition. Look it up.

No, that's not what it means in English (the language the Constitution was written in). In English the compound adjective "natural born" means "having a specified position or character from birth." That's from the OED and they list that definition as going back to the 1500's. It has absolutely nothing to do with parents. If YOU are a citizen from birth then you are a natural born citizen. It doesn't matter what your parents are, it matters what YOU are.

@bevwom - There are two possibilities. If the info is faked, then it's a forgery and Obama and his cronies are guilty of a felony. And since it was done while he was in office, that's a "high crime" according to the constitution. If the info is real, then this documentary evidence that his father was not a citizen at the time of his birth. Natural Born Citizen means a person born in this country of parents that are citizens at the time of the birth. Either way, Obama should be thrown out.
