I have put this song into my yearly Christmas program. It started two years ago and this will be our 3rd year. Every time! Everyone always ask "are we going to sing Immanuel this year again?" I always say yes, cause everyone just loves it. We have made this song our theme song every year. I actually rearranged this song to make it longer than just 3 minutes. I use a children's choir at first, then add 150 adult voice choir as the song proceeds.

@bblissit This particular arrangement on video, I can not tell you who wrote it that way. But VERY similar arrangement is arranged by JOHN PURIFOY. The words and music is by Michael Card, IMMANUEL. There are several different ways to spell IMMANUEL, so make sure it's correct. JOHN PURIFOY writes a 4-part melody and I took one part and rearranged it to repeat one Chorus like this video. I think you'd like this arrangement, even though it's not exact to video.
