My grandpa used to take me and my brother to school in the early mornings before my mom came home from work because she worked midnights, and my grandpa always listened to this and "The battle of New Orleans" and it just made me think about him and brought back some great memories, he passed away almost 3 years ago. I sailed once in the Navy there, loved seeing the cute puffin birds! i will say alaska is amazing. Ive taken alot of carribean and alot of alaskan cruises as well. Ive traveled the world for many years. It depends what your looking for. if your looking to sip a mai tai and relax on a white sand beach, then carribean. If your looking to sightsee and adventure, fish, and be in the outdoors alaska is a must. Beautiful land there.
