Only E and R scale off AP. You'll have to play against all tanks with no mres to make an AP build do that crazy damage you say, and be constantly casting your ult, wich you can't. Plus, your ult does 5% of THEIR health to the damage it does +0.01 per AP, wich you need to stack a raba's and archangel's to make it worth it, but will only work against beefy champs. And survivality? You'll be dead before 3 ticks of any of those. Also:
