I have the 1 million volt Zap stug gun flashlight. Not as big as this Star Wars light saber. Mine just looks like a 6 inch flashlight. I ZAP myself with it at least once a day, just to make sure

@NocheeseSherlock It is plastic so that it is lightweight, you could hit someone with it but it would break for sure. The point is to use it a a stun gun which is far more effective than blunt force.

As far as the Stun capability, a quick zap can hurt like hell, but what if you wana temporarily imobalize or knock out a person? How long would you have to zap em for?

And as far as the Baton part of the product, would it hold up if you wanted to actually hit someone with it? It looks like it might easily break if you hit something/someone hard enough.

@dafranx Yes, it is used by police, security and more. NO, it cannot be used to defend against a bear. If you try to ZAP a bear, you will get eaten :)

The one thing no one has brought up or made comment to is the fact that if someone tosses any type of liquid on you and you squeeze that button your ass as well as your attacker will be on the ground. Then it's a matter of who gets up first. Sadly the bad guys are already wise to it. I witnessed a scene at a ball game and there was a moron who tazed the officer and himself by spilling his beer on them both deliberately when he resisted. Hate to say it but it was funny as hell lmao!

I've actually been meaning to get a stun baton, but something that actually functions like a baton.. I'm told that a lot of these stun batons are actually not meant for striking and are quite fragile in that sense. Can you recommend a stun baton that can be reliable as a baton as well? Thanks.

@XPLiCiTiX We added a stun gun flashlight that is really nice. It has a metal casing and enough weight to strike someone. It is shorter than most batons. See it on our home page.

Stun batons are meant to be lightweight and therefore do not have enough "heft" to use effectively to strike someone. Kind of like hitting someone with a plastic bat, might hurt some but not enough. Just use it as intended, the stun will be more than enough.

@slamson00 No, the stun baton is meant to be lightweight and simply doesn't have any heft behind it so it would hurt anyone much by striking them with it. Just focus on stunning them, it will be more than enough....
