  • Hey Deb, so are you totally raw? Do you ever cook those collard greens with a little salt pork? I use smoked turkey myself. But are you a vegan? 

  • @igonnagetchu Salt pork? I haven't touched it since childhood. I do not ever eat pork. As for smoked turkey, the fat content is much lower, but I don't use it because the smoke is acidic which causes disease. As for collard greens, these days I mainly juice them. They have powerful antioxidants, phytonutrients, and chlorophyll which regenerate damaged cells and tissue (like damaged cartilage) or eat them raw in salads. I do occasionally eat fish & organic chicken. Peace.
