That's a ROD... you should check out Jose Escalante vids on rods... He is the guy that's coming out with a huge new movie called " Battle over Los Angeles" next month Feb 25th 2011... Nice vid
it was filmed on a jvc camcorder mounted onto a tripod ,you can see the house roof to the right so the camera is next to a wall ,it was just a random sky tapeing and this was found when the footage was watched later
