i got the same glitch at lara croft tomb raider legend(how to do it)

a) start the game over r go to level 1

b) pause when the screen is still in shadows

c) click SKIP CINEMATIC and wait.

d) when you see lara croft (grown up) you will hurt screams(of lara)

e) ENJOY

one time that screa thing hapened to me once. i think that i had infinite health on and then i fell from a high height and i llanded right when she started to scream so she was screaming nonstop for about 1 minute at a really loud volume. it was really annyoing
