  • @Generalidibabu It is not , but however most of the young women that you see dancing in this video are either in primary or high school, and it is a norm in lots of public and private schools back in Burundi to require of women and men to wear short hair during the school year.

  • I'm not a Burundian, I'm Rwandan but our languages are quite similar so, I think you don't mind that I explain. The song says welcome, welcome u're welcomed, we welcome you. It's a traditional burindi song and the dance too. I hope I helped.
