My three boys are all on the Autism spectrum, and I advocate for them to their doctor. I said to their doctor when confronted with talk of medication, "So let me get this straight, you're going to drug my kid and he will still have autism?....I'll take the drug free Autism thank you very much." SMH All talk of medicating my boys stopped after that. My kids are no ones guinea pig.

@peacerebelgirl My kids are 3,5, and 6 and they have been off of vaccines for three almost four years. Their new pediatrician asked me about this, and told her about the link it may have to Autism; she actually said to me, "Yeah but at their age, the damage is already done. There's no need to stop them now." The nerve of this woman! Of course the boys do not see her anymore.

@ummabdurrahman1 what an ignorant thing to say, but at least she did not deny the possibility of vaccines causing the autism. have you tried a gluten/casein free diet? i've not researched it enough but it apparently helps some people. best wishes.

@peacerebelgirl We attempted it, but it's very expensive. I kind of felt defeated to be honest. The only thing we can do is move in the coming year to a house with bigger a yard and maybe start making our own food

I'm not under the delusion that there is no one who needs some of these drugs. I know some people actually do have chemicle imbalances, some people actually do need medication to function... But most people don't.

When they are locking children up in pysch wards and drugging them up with psychotropics that cause symptoms of disorders they don't have, then diagnosing them and drugging them up some more for those drug induced disorders, something is clearly wrong.

A lot of these drugs cause psychotic episodes during discontinuation (withdrawl), so the parent may be fooled into thinking the child is psychotic without the medication. A lot of the drugs also cause depression, anxiety, and psychotic episodes. It normally starts out with a perfectly normal kid being a normal kid and doing perfectly normal kid things that they'd eventually grow out of, and the parents or the schools not knowing how to deal with it.

Just what the kid needs -- more chemicals. Throw 'em in on top of all the chemicals already being put into foods and vaccines, and wash it down with a big glass of fluoridated water.
