Elliott has said that he owns the masters to all of these songs after the 2007 holiday and may release an extended version of the CD next year (I think he really wanted to include at least one original Hanukkah song as well).

It's sold EXCLUSIVELY at Target, which has been a problem for me in getting it since the closest one to my house is 20 miles. I'm waiting until I am going to be in the area then I will get it.

This CD is called The Elliott Yamin Holiday Collection Sounds of the Season. It was made to be sold exclusively at Target stores. However, I've seen it being sold on Ebay.
