Reza shah prohibited the hejab and religious ceremonies. That is not democracy nor secularism, but absolute power of the monarch rule. Reading or possessing the book called 'khar magas' meant SAVAK screwing over with you.

On the other hand, Khomeini was not literate. His speeches had incorrect grammar. His poetry was by Shahriar, not him. He ordered the execution of many innocent lives.

So when you look at all them, they are all the same shit in the same bucket.

Well yes, no one is flawless, just like how nothing is perfect in this world. Reza shah modernized the country and gave a good boost to the economy of Iran. But that doesn't mean he was perfect. He still violated the laws of Cyrus the great which explains the international law of respect for humanity and religion.
