I Like the internal, In my studio I am the only one that yells and breaths. That's the Kung fu, in our system you only get taught the internal art at Black belt. Sad isn't it.
@MrMagnanti , ehh depends how u look at it. internal is tough for people to grasp and black belts at the karate school im at even have a tough time with it. it definitely takes some hard work at getting it.
Nice. There were a few spots in there where you have willow leaf palm instead of Qi Sai (single finger leading the way), but very nice.
