i own a 2002 KTM EXC 200 so whats the difference between a KTM EXC 200 and a KTM MXC 200 which one is more powerful and better for trail riding? and also are KTM SX mottocross bikes any good for trail riding?
@ACDCfan277 Power on the E and MXC's are very similar. Just differences like lighting and gearing are what separates the models. Either are good for trail riding. I wouldn't recommend an sx for trail riding if thats all your doing with it. The suspension is revalved and stiffened on the sx for all the jumping and high speed in motocross, but the sx's always tend to have more power. Its a trade off
Yes I absolutely loved mine. For $55 bucks they were a great deal. Very sturdy, easy to install and the hardware didn't rust over time. I definately recommend them
@FratusDillon heck yeah they are great for trail riding. I have a 2010 ktm 250 xc-w now and its great in the woods and on the track. Two strokes for life
hey man....is break-in period using woosner forged piston different unlike cast piston??im buying a cagiva mito woosner forged flat piston but i heard its need different way to break-in the piston... hope u can share sumthing with me man...tq

I believe around 35 hp, I liked it vs. a 125 because of the bottom end torque, way better trail machine

@zynoxsty Well as far as im aware, the procedure is the same. For breaking in my engine I followed the following procedure:
-start up the bike for the first time and let it idle for five minutes and come up to temperature. Then shut off and let cool.
-Start bike up and ride for 30 minutes, taking it easy and not going above half throttle. Shut off and let cool.
-Then repeat the last step and the engine should be all broken in.
This is just my technique, others have theirs. thanks for the q.
