You can thank Obama's Cash for Clunkers that did this to thousands of perfectly good vehicles all across the country. The dealers were required to sieze the engines on all of these trade ins by the program. What a piece of shit this guy is...all those engines that were in great shape and provided cheap parts to people, gone.
