I think both Cammy and Zangief sound better in english. what I did in my SF4 was change the voices of each character and keep the japanese characters voices on others

pratice more that kick that she does a sommersault after (cant remmeber the name).

if perfectly executed it will counter every opponents attack. you will find yourself not running or blocking against most of their attacks.

thats why i loved cammy on previous games.

You need to unlock 5 of them to get Akuma and then Gouken though! :)

Spiral arrow is so cheap. You could have at least tried the Hooligan combos and accomplished a spin knuckle + combos. Keep practicing dude. The attack where Cammy jumps into the air and wraps her legs around the opponent is what you're really missing.

Like the above said its not really needed and if the Zang player is smart enough to play on it they can just block it and punish, i usually hooligan and time my ex hooligans with lariats, zang is so slow there is a multitude of ways to punish him with a cammy, Ive rarely found an insane Zang player its basically the same strat, run and counter/bait.

Its not needed, but it certainly makes for a showy battle. Spiral arrow and cannon spike are something a 2 year-old could do. Cannon strike followed by cannon spike or spiral arrow is another cheap combo. Where's the skill at?

My favorite is Cammy. I eat up the shotos but when the players start getting good they know to turtle and crouch block until I do my spiral arrow then after that I'm wide open for their rape. Anyone know how to get past that tactic? They just seem to wait for me to attack then when Im open they go in for a counter. I can't use the hooligan throw when their crouching either.

what you need to do is not spam spiral arrow...if you do use light spiral arrow so you recover enough to not get punished on block...if you get them in a block string use fierce hooligan to cross them up and then either grab or combo again...and if the shotos/anybody starts to turtle on you build some meter usin TK cannon spike to bait a fireball then use spin knuckle for a counter... works for me and cammy is my main.

Yea, I'm finding myself having to use Light Hooligan combination from close range because I can never get them from far away (fireballs) unless I use the EX. And Still a noob I'm still learning the timing for the Spin Knuckle. I'm still trying to get where I can get through the fireball fast enough before they have a chance to block..

How do you approach your opponents with Cammy? If I learn A good approaching Strategies I'm pretty sure my skills will take off.

You really should mix in some Hooligan Combinations in your game. It might not be really effective against Zangief because of his clothesline, but the air throw you can do with it trips up people online like crazy.

it's especially good to use the charged up version against projectile spammers, as cammy flies way across the screen really fast and over the projectiles.

But yeah Cammy is my baby can't really complain. Every fighting game has a character you kinda just click with first time you use them, Cammy is that character for me.

Well joke aside she just felt right for me the first time I tried her. She feels a lot better in SF4 IMO. I played with Ken in every other game but I just fell in love with Cammy at first sight. No more Ken vs Ken/Ryu matches wohoo :D

Man one of the 360 achievements is to fight and beat Gouken on the Hardest setting. Do you guys know what this requires?

You can't lose a single round.

You have to perform 2 perfect victories.

You have to perform 3 Ultra Combo Finishes.

Then you have to beat Gouken at the end...

They're good for showing off.

Sometimes they show you how hardcore of a gamer you are if you actually earn some difficult achievements.

I know guys with 90, 000+ scores and they have Disney games and generic games that require no skill, only time to complete.

So the points are good for showing you who's a real gamer and who's a fake as well. Sometimes it measures skill which is nice for making friends online.

I dunno they have their uses I suppose. Btw, I actually got that achievement. ^_^

Nice work with Cammy. Not only against the CPU on hardest, but against any decent Zangief player, that clothesline will counter air attacks most of the time. It has a ridiculously high priority.

Your Cammy is decent :) - Setup level 2 focus attack stun into ultimate is more guaranteed and safer though, just a tip...
