I love the Gummi Bears. It was not only the first Disney cartoon show, but it also revived Disney animation in general. Seriously, if this show never saw the light of day, then the Walt Disney Company would have been long gone, as most of the movies that Disney made from after Walt Disney died up until Gummi Bears were not that great and didn't live up to the Disney magic. So, cheers for this show.
Sorry guys, gotta disagree. I think the versions on the album far outstrip the minute long intros and mushed up in-episode songs. Many were given more depth, and even better singers. The originals are awesome(for the most part). They deserved to be given the treatment that they were on the album. The result was something that was memorable to begin with was made utterly fantastic.
Too bad this isn't re released with Darkwing Duck added to the mix... Good to hear again.. I need to find my CD that I got off of E bay for 40 dollars...
I love the longer version better then any of the actual versions heard on the TV version. Always as a kid i wished the song was always longer then what they played. This is awsome to hear this. I have the DVD and anyone who grew up with the show will love the DVDs. I just hope they come out with Seasons 456 soon.
Gummi Bears never used to be one of my favorite Disney cartoons (kinda liked it, though), but the intro theme is really catchy and actually makes me want to watch the whole series again. It's been years :P
My first pair of skiis were Gummy Bear themed. XD
