Can an engineer answer this: Is there any significance to the fact that the DO NOT ENTER sign is twisted (at the bottom)? Heavy objects could have hit the billboard and other structures but I would think that sign would bend backwards fairly uniformly were it simply a heavy pc of debris doing it.
