  • i'd be perfectly fine with this music and tons of attractive dead women spirits flying around following some intergaliactic baby in order to celebrate the death of the universe, by them turing into some kind of primordial soup leading into a new altrusitc race

  • Has anyone else played this song on May 21st besides me?

  • @Ranmaru02

I'm sure plenty of other people are as stupid as you, don't worry.

  • @countrybluegrass Oh, I'm sure~ XD

  • Am I the only one who gets freaked out by this song but at the same time can't stop listening to it?

  • the death of a universe...or its true beggining??

  • 1:04 "Piss me off"

  • this song gives me chills

  • At 2:30 I had an urge to listen to the DQ8 OST. Then I saw who the composer was.

  • The perfect song to celebrate the death of the universe

  • and the rise of "Kill'em all"-Tomino...

  • Composer Koichi Sugiyama also did the soundtrack for "Sirius no Densetsu/Sea Prince and the Fire Child" (1981). ; )

Anyone know where I might be able to download the "Ideon: Be Invoked" OST? Thanks.

  • (Mortem) Quam Pulchra est Vita (Deus) Quam Pulchra est Vita (Mortem) Quam Grandis Gratia est Vita Amor (Amor) Deus deus Messiah Messiah Animus Dominus Diem Natalem Gratulari Natalem Vitalis Felicito
  • This has to be the best tune to come out of Ideon besides Tsuru Ga Tobu (B-3). Is that the death of entire races I hear or is it the rebirth of human life?

  • Depends on what you make of it, because it's open-ended. I like those sort of endings, they force you to think and debate and it's something you can talk about for years.

  • Nice piece! And by good old Koichi Sugiyama... I love his Dragon Quest concert stuff...

  • yeah me to he's a good musician and I Love his music

  • wow Koichi Sugiyama composed this he's My hero

  • Very awesome, certainly an outstanding ending to a, well not a classic anime, but a rather good one with it's flaws so at least it ended with a super bang.

  • I never get tired of this song. The ending of Ideon is my favorite of all time and I think it has no equal. Thanks for the upload!

  • amen.. thks fot think this about this anime, the masterpiece of "Kill'em all Tomino".

    cya...

  • One word: EPIC!

  • The creators of Hello Kitty (Sanrio) own Ideon?

  • they were co-producers of the movie Be Invoked (Sanrio was a lot different from what it is now)

  • I know, Sanrio made a lot of movies back in the early 80's. Unico, The Sea Prince and the Fire Child, Ringing Bell (which was almost as dark as the second as the two Ideon movies), etc. Now, it's all cutsie stuff (yes, I'm a 17 year old guy saying this, not that there's isn't anything wrong with Sanrio making cute things).

  • Because it was co-produced by Sanrio, maybe that's where they got Koichi Sugiyama to score this film, since the composer also did the soundtrack for "Sea Prince and the Fire Child".

  • He did the soundtrack for the series and A Contact as well from what I know. A shame he hasn't done much in anime, since this stuff is unbelievable.

  • @RyoNeko48

This was only the second grim and bleak-toned animated film they produced.

  • Thanks! I have been looking for this FOREVER!
