Anything that can teach a really, really wrong message to a young child would be banned. Or scare a small child. Sure adults know that this is a joke, but little kids walk in, see the red, see the shreeking...

It was probably banned, if it actually was at all, because it too closely resembles a copyrighted scene from a movie. I know that there are distinct differences, but there are probably enough similarities that if it was banned it would have been because the company, or the regulators didn't want a possible lawsuit on their hands.

I don't believe for a second that that was a real commercial. It smacks of something made up just for the "gullibles" on YouTube who will then believe it was "banned". For starters the production values (sound and framing) are strictly amatuer. Next, it's a HORRIBLE idea for a commercial associating death with a food product. Think people.
