Why would it not? There have been numerous societal wide revolutions, why couldn't there be a parecon revolution? Also, if you look at the Arab spring you'll see the revolution spread (see: domino theory).
Not that I think parecon is good, it sucks major ass.
i think in this situation the government would have to underwrite any losses made. business would have to be in the short term a non-[rofit entitiy
