Best how-to-walk-in-heels video. Thank you for being simple, quick, and PRACTICAL. Most of the other vids I've seen try to complicate things a lot, when it's not that complicated.

May I add also, that practise is a strong suggestion?

i am able to walk on smaller heels and i would also be albe to walk on higher ones but the problem is after a few steps the part of my foot that i land on. thats only with higher ones, i bought some but i cant wear them :(

No it's not just you, I saw that too but I think she was still thinking heel-toe, heel-toe so that helped her place her feet and distribute her weight. If you actually put your heel on the floor first it creates this disturbing BUMP in the middle of your nice glide. :)

So, Stephanie tells Emma to walk so that the ball of her foot hits first? What? This is how we walked when we were eight and wearing Mommy's shoes. Stephanie doesn't even do that herself - watch her. . .heel first every time! I also think Emma's faking her inexperience a bit at the beginning of the video.

Agreed. I think the point is that you should not rely too much on the heel. You put the heel first, but while trying to keep the foot flat so that you get on the ball as soon as possible, without too much rotation on the heel.
