The best things that could have happened in mustains carreer was leaving metallica. Get out of that garbage band and start a phenominon to rock the ages for over 20 years now. Everytime I hear a mettalica song all i can think is "oh what 7 minute song is this?" But none of it wow's me in the slightest. Megadeth has so many sounds and are just so RAW. The best things that could have happened in mustains carreer was leaving metallica. Get out of that garbage band and start a phenominon to rock the ages for over 20 years now. Everytime I hear a mettalica song all i can think is "oh what 7 minute song is this?" But none of it wow's me in the slightest. Megadeth has so many sounds and are just so RAW. Everyone always compares mettalica vs megadeth, when reality is, mettallica fans are just ignorant of real music

Megadeth is a good band and I like it how it doesnt sound like the same songs that they made back then.
And with Metallica, there new songs sound the same to the old ones and thats kinda boring. But yea no offense to them. I think they are both great bands

I am a huge fan of Megadeth, and am glad to see that they went back to their roots with Endgame, but if you don't think Mustaine is a sellout you are an idiot. He;s the same jackass that brought us The System Has Failed, United Abominations and Risk. And now that thrash is experiencing a revival he goes ahead and releases a thrash album. Mustaine and Megadeth just change with the times.

And no, I'm not saying Dave sold out and Metallica didn't, or that one band is better than the other, but if you think Metallica sold out then by your own definition of the term, Megadeth is also guilty of it.

heads up, this is now listed as bodies, dave has this habbit of changing things at the last minute. he said even that the album cryptic writings was changed at the last minute, it was supposed to be called pins and needles which he didnt like. (i heard all of this on a radio special on KSHE)

It's not badly written, but there are a lot of cover bands that write songs sounding like them. I can identify some old songs here, but Chris Broderick plays much faster than this. It's important for him.
