  • I'm just starting recreation softball in my county. Do u have any tips on hitting the ball or throwing the ball farther?

  • i saw ur comment i know u did it like 4 months ago...but i'm 11 and i throw 56-57 miles per hour and u just have to bring ur arm quick iguess

  • its alot about spin too. I am on a profesional softball team and thats what my coach tells me
