  • Nice car

  • Lovely car, but sorry did I see "Citroen Specialists" on the graphics on the side of the car???...... What a wart on an otherwise beautiful 'kat! .... just joking, nice car.

  • where can i find the interior of the motor forged? how to get it?

  • BET THAT ROARS!! NICE MATE

  • I'll take it...Thank You!

  • Whats up with that steering wheel? Everything else is fancy besides that, why?

  • @rangerjavi video was taken just after build and when it came back from mappers! new steering wheel and carbon door trims now installed!

i will make another video after ive finished fitting new turbo!

  • Nice ride! Looks really good, sounds conservatively beast and thats a good combo. My question is, why did you do drilled rotors in the back and not the front? The front takes the brunt of the braking so this seems like backward logic. Its really nice tho!

  • @mikedudley17 Good Question!!! The front brakes are 295mm FRP dicscs and Alcon calipers. The discs have internal swirl vents to aid cooling and are sided. The front brakes are superb and no fade at all!!

  • ive got a 1.7 with the ms design body kit and twin upsweeping pipes at the back, in looks very similar to yours minus those alloys-has the classic ms design 17's-bit dated i know! Your spoiler is quite a bit bigger as well. Absolutely stunning job. What engine have you got in that and how much would you say the conversion set you back?

  • @angelsandairwaves183 Hi, its a 1.7 block with forged internals running GT2560 garret turbo now!!

  • What coilovers you have on it?

  • @M0T0RCRAFT AP Coilovers, not the best but good value for money and they seem ok for track!!

  • what a great little car! wish we had those in the states.

  • @prodriver1 Thank You and it would be alot cheaper to run in the states due to our rediculous fuel prices!!

  • @bouncycheque I know its like five quid a gallon for you isn't it? thats crazy! I'm paying over $3 US for 93 octane, the best we get in my cheeky little town;)

  • @prodriver1 93??? whats that drinking water??? lol..minimum in the UK is 95 Unleaded and highest is Premium 97 unleaded but states have 99 unleaded right? not sure....But our fuel is expensive.....Im originally from Africa where its 0.30p a litre same as Dubai!

  • nice!

  • @krisztiannagy Thank You!

  • how much would you say it costs to do that to a puma from standard! just an avg.

    thanks sick car btw

  • @imnotsickimjustaboy about £10k

  • this is my dads old puma, i miss it soooo much, i want it back >__< i was there when it was first bought and went on its test drive, even went on a photo shoot with it! please look after it!! xxxx

  • @MissCherryKitten21

It has been lovingly restored back to health, the car is waiting for its new BIGGER Turbo and I have made it into a Road Legal track car! I have done some more mods on it since this video and will put up a better video later on in the year!!! I will be selling it at the end of the year............so tell ya DAD!!!! Im glad youve got fond memories of the Puma!!!

  • nice to see my old puma is still going strong . i had that car back in 2000 . how long have you had it and what hapend to the recaros and did it have the charge cooler still ?

  • @chaulkywhite

Was knackered when I bought it a18 months ago, give me your email address and ill send some pics of the rebuild.

  • @chaulkywhite

Only thing the same is bodyshell and charge cooler....lol!!! from when you had it, ive replaced everything else!!

  • @chaulkywhite

Give me your email address and ill send you lots of info, the only thing the same as when you had it, is the bodyshell and charge cooler.....lol!!

  • U cant beat my puma , i got the 1.4 engine + a rusty muffler.

  • @Chevdriver

    True!!!

  • WTF< we dont have that car in America, we got like this ulgy Ford Focus

  • very nice car,ive had mine for 1 year now, still fixing bits and bobs due to last owner not looking after it.

  • @andymcq2509

    Got any pics!!!

  • @kcvous

Wish it was a FAKE, then it wouldnt have cost me soooooooooomuch money to build!!!

Listen to it!!!! then look around the forum sites and see for yourself!!!! Theres enough pics of the engine being built!!!!!...............

  • @delaneyg1984

Youve seen me make a greek salad then!!!!

  • is und bleibt n ford... schmeißt ihn weg den bock!

  • nice car mate wht have u got dun to the internals ? ?

  • real nice car mate, where did you get the turbo manifold fabricated? and what turbo are you running also you say its 260bhp to the crank do you have the figures to the wheels? Another thing is what management do you run surly cant be standard ecu??

  • @daleyd

    Cheers matey!!

Manifold stock with adapter plate for turbo. At the moment turbo couldnt hold the power and overspun-resulting in it going bang!!! Turbo supplied by company not as described so in process of sorting out a new one. Looks like im going to have to get a new fabricated manifold made to take bigger turbo. We managed about 220 @ the wheels with 240lbs/ft torque and that was it before it let go!!!

Using DTA 60 management after using the Emerald system first!

  • @bouncycheque ahh right sorry to hear bout it going bang must take the piss after the time and effort has been put in, also cheers for all the infomation look forward to seeing this coming back bigger and 220 thats impressive mate another question i had was did you use low comp pistons and rods or did you use a decompression plate ?

  • @daleyd

The pistons are custom made by Arias!!! I used stock rods as a friend runs a 300bhp turbo SE motor on stock rods and very reliable!!!

  • brummmm Zischschsch ... :)

  • is it just a 1.7 with a turbo or is it an engine conversion??

  • @cushmister69

Its a 1.7 with a Turbo. The engine has been modified internals.

    Its now producing 260bhp@crankshaft.

I will do another vid when the cars finished

  • Is it jus a turbo kit or have u had t forge it all? cos ive hears that they blow up with a turbo kit on??

  • i want a turbo for my puma 1.7!!! were can i found something like that? its expensive?

  • @sercarvalho84 , You really have to buid them yourself!!!

  • how much does it cost for one of those spoilers? and are they easy to put on yourself

  • @MetalTala

You will need to look around for a good second hand one, dont know anyone selling new!

    Easy to fit

  • Airbags are for wimps anyway.

  • Thank You!!

  • love the rims, also got a nice purr to it.

  • installed turbo..what the car is missing. a bit of push

probably give a golf 200hp mk 5 gti a run for its money!

  • Mate Just One Word,

SICK WORK DONE ON THAT PUMA !

    CONGRATS MATE ;)

  • Thank You for your comment!!

  • Nice!

  • Thanks!

  • Nice Work!!!

Which Brake did you choose for front and rear?

    How much Hp ? ;)

    5*****

  • Thanks

    Alcons front

    rs 2000 rear set up

At the wheels 191 lbs/ft @2400rpm, 181bhp@6000rpm limited , only running 0.9 bar boost till run in and new injector set up made!, Dyno'd with charge cooler disconnected and 95 ron fuel. Im going to have another play with the engine in the new year!

  • Well, they are some differents between the police in germany and in your country :D
