Ummm, at that distance there is no "struggle to keep in focus" because the depth of field is like 50 feet to infinity. No refocusing is necessary. If you have an SLR camera, try it.

So when you see a video where it jumps in and out of focus and the object is at distance, you know it is a fake (unless there's a glass window between the camera and the object which can cause autofocus issues with some cameras)
