Apparently i think i didn't do all of the courses and i didn't know u had to go all the way back to the home screen. but now i have all characters except for Mii Outfit B. she's going to be hard, cause u gotta unlock expert ghosts for all of the courses in time trials. but i'm in no rush to get her.

HOW TO UNLOCK-I notice people are getting confused :( First of all, make sure you have them ALL done (it's under time trials, and you should see for each one your best time)

I did this all yesterday and then I turned off the Wii and rebooted. When I got back I had unlocked Toadette and also Birdo

once you have done all 32 tracks in time trials , just press back until you get to the main mario kart wii and then just press ur licence agen and then it will come up insted of going through all the courses and turning off your wii

You do it solo. You just have to race on all of the courses (solo) and then once you finished that, pick any cc then do a cup race and right after, she should be unlocked.

pokefan777777, did you do a cup race from any class after? If you do that, you should unlock her right after you earn your trophy or it really doesn't matter. You don't have to get a trophy.

You do not need to beat the ghosts, as you see, i solo'd it. The beginning is when u like right when the time is about to go to 1 when its on 2, leave the gas button on. But you need to participate in all of the time trials.

Yes, Dry bowser is unlocked by getting atleast like a A on every new Mario map (I think) on 150cc, I got first on all of them :P. Lol everyone always gets confused with Dry Bowsers name. My older brother said Dead Bowser lol.
