  • Keep fighting the good fight brother!

  • Russell, if nudity is legalised then won't it be easier for flashers to target children without prosecution?

  • The choices we make as autonomous adults must not be limited by other people's irrational or neurotic concerns.

It is important to highlight, as we did in court many many times, that there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that children can in any way be harmed by seeing the unclothed human appearance.

  • As for "flashers", they are first and foremost clothed people.

Clothed people are perfectly capable of being sexual nuisances in public as things exist right now.

An unclothed person is no more likely to be sexual than a clothed person is.

  • Flashing is an aggressive sexual act and like any form of sexual exhibitionism it relies heavily on society's neurotic obsession with concealing our ordinary human appearances.

Were we to have a more rational and mature attitude towards our bodies there is a likelihood that the necessary thrill factor for any flasher or exhibitionist would be diminished.

  • I see. Well explained.
