The red porsche is a tuned 996 GT2... the white porshe is a 997 turbo ( not 997 GT2 ) that has been tuned by Hans Dahlback. A standard 996 GT2 is faster than a standard 997 turbo. This video shows just how hard a sequential shifter works for the turbo. Needless to say, these mods on a 997 turbo should show even better performance.

The 997 was extremele fasy froum the start, easily killed the LP560-4 for example before 200 km/h. At 240 km/h it slowed down in acceleration due to smaller intercoolers.
