  • very nice... 1st 3 area of parallelogram is equal to 1, one can determine that a=1 regardless of it's area, to sum it up it should always be equal to 1 :p

  • Imagine a parallelogram WXYZ whose point W lies on the cartesian origin. Given the length WX, the length XY, and one interior angle θ, find a function which solves for 'a'. That find a function f(WX,XY,θ)= a, where 'a' is the total number of inscribed integral vertices.

  • i liked how you used the term cartesian origin (0,0) often times people call it rectangular...just saying.

  • This one kept me up till 3 in the morning yesterday. I see that the this funktion clearly works on every trial, but I can't anderstand why. In other words, I can't figure ou why it should apply to every parallelogram.

    Could you prove it? 'Cause I'm stuck...
