"Ramuan istimewa" in Malaysian means "special ingredients". I almost misunderstood there. :P

"Jamu" is translated "magic potion" in English (or apparently so).

"Nini" means Granny.

"Si" in Indonesian is just some kind of a prefix addressing a person (similar to "a" or "an" or "the" in English are prefixes addressing an object).

"Ramuan Istimewa" in 0:46 means (approximately) special mixture or super-potion. Something like that. :-P

In many cultures, there are some words or terms that cannot be translated or does not have its equivalent meanings in other languages, so I suppose in this particular case let's just say that "Jamu" is basically a sort of traditional medicine or supplement :)
