I'm very sure that you can have that body... even after 2 kids. Jillian is a huge rockstar, LOVE her, she's tough but effective. Have you tried any of her supplements yet? I was thinking about trying out her detox cleanse.
My one friend tried her detox. She advised me to make sure I was at home for the first couple of days of it. I guess it ripped through her...LOL She wasn't even able to fisinsh. She said it was too hard on her stomach. If you try them, let me know how you make out.
You are looking great! Yep, less weights, more reps and alternate working out lower half w/carbio and upper body w/cardio. An hour of cardio is really good! You got me beat! PS, LOVE those jeans, super cute.

no problem! I do calves 3 x's / week! I have large calves so I've really been trying to tone them up and I do high rep sets....and at least 1 drop set....start with medium weight - do 10...drop the weight a peg, do 10, drop the weight, do 10...until you get to the lightest setting...no rest!! it's torture, but the results are worth it!!
Ha! That is SO funny, oh, maybe not for her though.... well, if it "cleans you out" though, it could be a good thing. I think I'll try it.
