That was probably the most well constructed educated and intelligent post I have ever read on the internet...especially about politics.
I commend your well spoken response.
I used to think John McCain was a good pick, and in all honesty I think he would be a great president for a single term. But I don't think that his views and ideas will hold up in the long run. Once he's out it will go right back to how it is now.
If someone could tell me why John McCain is the better man for the job I would probably vote for him. But all anyone says is because they think he would be a better candidate than Obama. Someone explain to me why they think John McCain would be a better president without mentioning Barack Obama one time and I will happily march down to the Polls and vote for McCain.
McCain, has the knowledge of the world that is needed in a time in history when everyone is going crazy. He has the history of being able to work with all parties involved. Even a the cost of som eof his own parties suport. He stands on values not party line. Although he has voted with Bush more than not he is a Republican Senator. But he also has very openly disagreed with his party. He will cut Pork like you ave never seen before. And McCain and Palin are a pair the country can get behind. Thx
Do your homework. Look ar McCain's record. The financial crisis we are in right now is mostly due to overspending on the part of Democrats. Look at how much money has been earmarked by Democrats for special interest groups. Why would even ask that Obamas name not be mentioned if you wanted to make a fair analysis?
So, what crisis awaits us next week. It seems that these mega-disasters are becomming a routine occurrance.
