I'm sorry if this is a very personal question, but, I've been curious for a long time.
Is there a surgery which not only removes your male (or female) sex organs, but replaces them with female (or male) sex organs? If so, do those new organs function properly? Can you have sex, get pregnant, etc.?
Have you done already your SRS surgery? Can u tell me wich Doctor have u chosen? I'm from Brazil and making a lot of research to wich surgeon I will chose... don't know yet if here in BR or US or Thai... can you help me? I loved the video! Just curious. What was your crash diet? To a certain degree going from overwieght to skinny/normal is just as much a transformation process as SRS. It can be that major a change in your body. After all. If you were on hormones and dieting and exercising, it had to be 10 times more difficult to lose wieght with the estrogen disadvantage. Whatever you did worked so I'm pretty curious as to what it was.

In looking at your 'tom boy' pictures...do you feel you overcompensated with male behavior and typical male dress to hide what you felt? I never knew how to dress as a woman and always felt that I did not look feminine enough so I would over dress and over color whenever I felt someone guessed. Now that I am on testosterone and only have male clothes in my closet I feel better. I now longer have the dilemma. I am just me.

I'm on the way to my transition.. i'm a little scared, cuz i'm quite tall (1.90m, i guess it is round about 6 ft. 29(im from germany, idk feet & inches :p)) and here in Germany, the most girls are 1.7m to 1.8m. @dutico I can't say that I ever had 2nd thoughts. The only thing that kept me from transitioning until i did was fear. I think your very lucky to have an accepting family. A lot of people aren't as fortunate. What kind of rut are you in?

My onlyonlyonlyonly suggestion is FFS just for hairline. I'm sure you hate those icky "v"s as much as I do :P Other than that, you're gorgeous. With your hairline, I think bangs would be much more flattering on you

@GunsNRosesTrans I think I overcompensated for protection. I was afraid if I came out, I'd get hurt.
I don't think there's a cure all solution for everyone. I think the individual needs to decide their own path and 'medication'.

@lanaw29 a little Question if its ok. How tall you're? I'm on the way to my transition.. i'm a little scared, cuz i'm quite tall (1.90m, i guess it is round about 6 ft. 29(im from germany, idk feet & inches :p)) and here in Germany, the most girls are 1.7m to 1.8m. At your pics of your "born body" you're looking quite tall aswell. Sorry for the bad english, i hope you understand what i mean *giggle*

Hey I did you ever have any second thoughts or fears about the process?? I recently came out to my family and i'am terrified even though they are accepting. I don't know why I just have a lot of fear, and I feel like i'm in a rut...If you could respond to me I wouldgreatly appreciate it.

@dutico I can't say that I ever had 2nd thoughts. The only thing that kept me from transitioning until i did was fear. I think your very lucky to have an accepting family. A lot of people aren't as fortunate. What kind of rut are you in?

My onlyonlyonlyonly suggestion is FFS just for hairline. I'm sure you hate those icky "v"s as much as I do :P Other than that, you're gorgeous. With your hairline, I think bangs would be much more flattering on you
