1. If this parrot was abused he wouldn't say all the words he says. Abused parrots would never fell as part of the family (flock) and therefore will not imitate them.

2. I don't think they would make lead toys for parrots anywhere in the world this days.

3. The cage is small (I'll give you that), but take into account that you are only seeing half of the cage, the camera is fixed and hidden because this parrot does not like to talk in front of cameras he has stage fright.
